Where do we ship out from?

Our business is located in Singapore and all our stocks are stocked up together in our home based office.
This means whenever an order is placed, it would be processed within the day. The parcel dispatch days are Wednesday & Saturday.
When a order is placed, it would be immediately processed and shipped out on the respective days stated.

Where do we ship to?

Currently we ship worldwide. If you are from Mexico, we may cancel your order. We strictly DO NOT ship to China.

When would my items be sent out?

As of effect from 6th July 2015, Orders will be dispatched every Wednesday & Saturday of the week only. Singapore Timings & Dates.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• All parcels will be dispatched on Wednesday & Saturday of the week, cut off order timing at 9pm Tuesday, 9pm Friday. Payment after the stated time and date would be processed to the next stated dispatch day. All timing is according to Singapore timing.
• All our items will be ship out with tracking number for assurance.
• Contact us if you can’t locate your parcel, we will do the job for you.

What are your currencies shown on the website?

Our web prices are all in US Dollars.

How long will I receive my orders?

All orders are sent out through singpost.

Australia/New Zealand: 7-15 days
Malaysia: 7-10 days
Singapore: 3-7 days
United Kingdom: 7-18 days
United States: 7-20 days
Mexico: Up to 45 days

*   Major cities/ Office of Mail Exchange may differ for registered, air and surface mail services.
** Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
** Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post and DPR.
** Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
** Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
** For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
** Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.

All payments through the website would be processed by Stripe. Various credit cards could be used. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Our whole site is protected.
