EXCHANGES (if applicable):
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged but in its original state of packaging. However, we always make sure that our item/s passes our quality checks, before sending it out.
• If you ordered the wrong size/color, shipment cost will be fully charged on you.
• If you decide that you no longer want that item, color difference, material etc, shipment cost will be fully charged on you too.
• We will not attend to deliberate ruining of our garment/unsatisfied after using our product such as: lost threads, button/s dropped off/wrong washing and colour fades etc. due to your negligence. In any case a garment was deliberately ruined and returned, we will ban the user from any further purchases with us.
• If there is a need to exchange for a exact same item due to defects etc. send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for a confirmation email. After receiving a confirmation mail, you can proceed to send your item/s back to our address, 355 Woodlands Avenue 1, #06-703, SINGAPORE 730355.
• We can only dispatch the parcel after we receive the item/s back. Please note to send by a traceable shipping option to prevent lost mail. In any case the mail is not trackable, the refund would be voided unless a tracking detail and receipt/s are provided.
• Please note if the product is defected, we will only exchange for you the exact design with the same size.
**• Please kindly note the value refunded would be the total amount stated in the stamp/s respectively only. Any additional costs will not be reimbursed, such as scotch tapes, pens, envelopes, bubble wraps etc.
